First off my online order wouldn't go through so I went to the location and placed an order. Went back 10 minutes later lady... asked me my name and suddenly I had two waters the one that I had ordered and my online order. Had to call the 188 number tocancel my order still don't know if it is canceled. On top of that, this place may be under new ownership sandwiches were verylow quality and my pickles with the smallest that I have ever seen. To be honest I probably won't be back to that location. Food was o.k. not great but I believe it was because they were way too busy and short staffed. I waited 45 minutes during a... lunch rush. The short staffed employees did do a great job handling all the stress. Read more
What a rip. Skimpy AF on the meat, paid extra 2.60 for GF bread medium sandwich pastrami and corned beef, extra cheese, no... cheese on it, and 1/4 of sandwich had nothing on it? $50 for 2 sands, 2 chips, 2 cookies, and 1/2 the sandwiches with nomeat. The manager was taking a large order on the phone. I stood there easily 5 minutes or more before she asked someone else to make... what I wanted. Sandwiches were made but I still waited because she was still in the phone. The Sandwich maker eventuallyhelped me out. I was never apologized to or anything. Their Chicken and Dumplings is DEFINITELY not worth a whopping $6.00! The chicken and dumplings barely has any chicken or... dumplings in it! Very basic and bland. You can go to any Aldi?s or Save-a-Lot and get a big can of Chicken and Dumpling for only$2.00 and it?s full of Both Chicken and Dumplings! To add insult to injury, They don?t even fill up the cup! My cups was HALFFULL and the cup is small already! Definitely won?t be buying their Chicken and Dumplings ever again. For the price of one oftheir cups you can buy 6 BIG CANS of Chicken and Dumplings at any Grocery store. Read more
This place has repeatedly served me cold food that is consistently wrong...as a matter of fact I've never gotten an order from... there that was correct, I've tried all ways to order,I just ordered online today and all my requests were on the receipt butnothing was paid attention to every sandwich had everything on them and were cold and I got there early to pick them up so thereis no excuse, my shop will NEVER WASTE ANOTHER DIME ON THEIR OVERPRICED CAFETERIA SANDWICHES.....firefighters should get theirname off this chain asap!!!!!!
