This place is by far the worst eat in restaurant out here. 2 guest ordered 2 orders of shrimp & the chicken & shrimp plate with... fries. The fries was cold to touch and a sprinkle extremely small amount of old bay sauce on the shrimp. The waitress came toserve our food with her phone in her hand & began talking on it after serving us. She was sitting at the table behind us on herphone. I called her for silverware & she didn?t bother to get off the phone, she kept on talking on the phone with a attitudeabout me wanting silverware. So me and my wife and kids went to this location last night. May I say it was horrible. Waiter, never refill our drinks. She... didn't put our order in right, our chicken was half cooked. Never did she inform us that our burgers will be slightly pink. Onlyone person out of four went home happy. If I could give no stars I would. My tab was 107.89 I left 110.00 because I believe intipping. SMH this was once my favorite location. Read more
I?m a frequent visitor and last night 8/16/22 the cook just did not care about what he was putting out. Everything was over... cooked and over seasoned. You could tell that they did not want to be there. My buffalo shrimp were so hard I just threw themaway. I?m going to have to find another Hooters to go to and it?s sad. No good service anymore. I should of ran out once the only waitress working told me everything here seems to be broken, when I made a comment about the... hooters sign being off and me not being able to tell if they were open or not? she was sweet but my experience was immediatelyturned bitter once my wings came out, completely burned on one side and dry and hard on the other ? very disappointed with theoutcome of the meal, I felt in disbelief. Worst Hooters I have ever visited. We visited this location on a Friday afternoon around 4pm on the way to a Cards game. The... location was almost completely empty with just 2 to 3 people at the bar and 1 couple in a booth (thats ok and preferred by me,this usually translates into better service). Even with the location being dead, service was terrible.... almost like we werenot even there.... food was sub par.. iced tea was sour and ordered extra bacon and got some burned bacon crumbles instead. I really understand the point of Hooters but they need to bring back the white shirts where they actually show their Hooters,... and cover their tails up. Short shorts is fine but actually showing your entire rear end, not so much. The food was deliciousthe service was great!! Read more
We had not been back to Hooters for a number of years because of poor food quality, but we decided to give them another chance.... Bad mistake! We placed a online order for pick up. 6 items in total for 3 people. When a restaurant receives an order and theyare out of an item, they need to be proactive and contact the person who placed the order to let them know that only some of theitems are available. This restaurant does not do that. When I got there I watched the lady put the items into the bag. When sheknew there was something missing she should have said something. She did not! Then she takes my credit card and charges me forthe total order, knowing that there were missing items. When I asked for my missing item a number of the girls all at once saidoh we are out of those. So this was not something that was unknown to the people in the restaurant. When I asked for a creditthey said they could not do that. They would have to contact corporate and have corporate take care of it tomorrow. Very poorservice!!! The manager did offer to charge me double. So that I had a correct receipt. Makes sense of that one. Now onto thepoor quality of food. The take home salad was full of extremely mushy and wilted lettuce. Notice the picture attached! They didgive me little towelettes which kind of says it all. ?Common sense isn?t? The chicken wings were sent out with no sauce. Thefrench fries had no seasoning. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich had no taste and the meat was dry as a board.. Supposedlycorporate will be sending me a refund for my missing item, just wish I could get a refund for the terrible food portionalso!!!
