Worst one I've been to. The tacos taste like cooking oil. I put hot sauce on them still taste the oil. Was disgusting. The fries... had no taste. I will never go back again. Read more
No car in front of me but long wait at 8p, no tacos available and then passed me a bag with just my fries so I had to wait... longer for the rest of the meal, plus the girl was slouching in the window on her phone and looked high as a kite?.then to topit off, what happened to the bacon cheddar wedges? This location is a hit or miss sometimes so I'm going to give a general review to help you out. This store has a hard time... keeping workers but the one that they do have try their hardest to provide the quality service that they are available to give.Most of the time they run out of products but it's due to being in a very very busy location and they sale food all day. Mysuggestions would be to increase wages and shorten the work hours and hire more people. Change the work week for full time to 4days working and 3 days off. Part time to 3 days on 4 days off. Go from 8 to 12 employees to 15 to 20 employees includingmanagers. Give benefits and bonuses and watch how serious people take the job. Read more
terrible window service, girls had an attitude and shut the window on us while we were asking for a condiment. to top it off our... food was missing ingredients. sauce on tacos, mayo on burger, definitely disappointing. only good thing was it was hot. Read more
After leaving St Louis for 4 years and coming back and wanting some Jack in the box really bad, I was really disappointed in the... food. It was on the cold side and dry, while sitting at the window waiting on them to serve me the cold food the workers wereinside visibly playing and laughing. Just wasn't professional at all. Line was long but they slowly processed the queue, took our order promptly (for some reason the order taker had a lot of trouble... understanding me). Confirmed order, waited, pulled up to the window, handed over our apple Juice boxes but not my drink. Theymade my drink but it was so full it was spilling and was comical because it kept spilling. The attendant was very helpful andwe slowly got the spilling under control. Then... the dreaded words of any fast food place ?Would you please pull up?? About 8minutes later our food made it to us. It was delivered with a polite smile. All food was cooked to order and very warm. Theyeven gave a variety of sauces for our chicken strips. With the politeness and attentiveness they managed to pull out of the 3star to 4 star rating to me. Then, my sons order was wrong so unfortunately they lost a star. Read more
