Either closed or ONLY ACCEPTING EXACT CHANGE. You can't make change or accept a debit card?! Jack In the Box used to be a... solid fast food spot but man is it just garbage with a clear lack of investment in it's brand or establishments. I'm donetrying with JB. Read more

Don?t know what happened to this location and it used to be my favorite but now it?s going down hill. Ordered 2 tacos and there... was black spots inside the taco like they cooked it in grease that had burned food in it. It tasted burnt. The sauce in the baghad a hole in it so when I used it it got on my hands. Fries were cold as well smh Read more

Not fast and not food. 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Is what it is, I can be patient. But... somehow they manage to make tacos bad. Change your nasty grease. Better yet just close, that's all they can do right anyway. Igive it a shot about once a year at this location and regret it every time, take the extra 3 min and go to w florissantlocation. I like Jack in the box for what it is. Just a place you can get some good fast fast food. Mostly fried items. A lot of the... stores are really chaotic as far as the staff goes though. It is kind of Hit and Miss if you know what I mean. ???? I used torun through quite a bit back in my drinking days for a quick bite after a night of drinking LOL. Read more

Online ordering system was on, store was closed. App and google said they were open. If they are going to close early they... should turn the online ordering off. Then the manager was less than helpful. Said she was new and didn't know how to help mewith getting a refund. The location is awful. Always out of something and no one cares about the customer. Called anotherlocation to get the proper help on getting my refund. Read more

Drive through service in the evening makes it very clear they do not want to take order. They attempted to close up before... giving us our entire order. When we pulled up they said they were only accepting exact change. I understand if your card readerisn't working but exact change? Doesn't make sense. Then they forgot half of our order. If I could give 0 stars I would!! I placed an order on the app and I submitted it 5 mins before I got their because that's what... it say, to give them anywhere between 5-7 mins. The order went threw and the money came off my card. I pulled up 5 mins laterand the store was pitch black....no cars...no employees. So I was out of food AND my money! I got their at 10:45, they weren'tsupposed to close until 11!!! Read more
