They didn't have any white meat. So I go 2 4 piece chicken stipe meal. They were size of chicken nuggets. The french fries were... half full. I'm getting to start more cooking at home. Prices has gone up and services has declined. Read more

This location is horrible , could barely hear the staff on the intercom and they overcharged me . I told them i want 3 famous... bowls . I would like 2 of those bowls spicy and 1 plain .. they charged me for 5 bowls . (How did 3 jump to 5?) and then themanager & young girl with a dingy pony tail copped an attitude . The only semi nice one had red hair . Shut this location down.If you gotta hire strays then you need to reevaluate employment opportunities in north county . This is the worst KFC ever!!! I debated on weather I would return my food . 1st of all it wasn?t fresh, the crust on the... sandwich was hard and chewy, instead of crispy and crunchy ! My granddaughters tenders weren?t fresh either. The best thing aborthe meals were the coleslaw and the drinks. When I returned the food and explained why to the manager, he got an immediateattitude and argued me down. That they were in the warmer and another staff member said that I had to ask for it to be madefresh! I?ve never seen a manager react in that manner. He looked like he was under the influence of something. If I patronize anestablishment, and spend my money, I expect for my food to be right. I shouldn?t have to ask for my food to be made fresh! Ordered online and set a pickup time. Got there and all the doors were locked so we had to sit in line for over 15 minutes to... get it. Ordered the promo special "mountain dew" bucket that came with that soda. After arguing with them for 5 minutes despiteshowing them my receipt that said mountain dew bucket they said it was Pepsi only despite physically having my requested soda.They said they were promoting Pepsi. I don't think they understood mountain dew was a Pepsi product. If your ordering here makesure you have a lot of patience. Read more

Ordered on line and was supposed to do a "quick pick up" but the doors was locked at 7:30, had to wait in the long line.... Just... to get up to the speaker for them to tell me they don't have the food for my order, plus the female was rude and didn't evenoffer any substitutions. Just "we don't have it, you can get a refund" but like eye wasn't just inconvenienced if for nothingelse my time. 15mins in line and 16mins drive there, with 16mins back... The worst!! I haven't had kfc in forever and I wanted some on this day. I wish I never went there. The staff was rude and didn't... care. Everyone was complaining. U had to wait over 30 mins for everything. I wanted a refund and she said she couldn't give itbecause the manager wasn't there. I was outdone. She also lost my original receipt. Chicken was terrific to my surprise. Counter help sweet. But the place was filthy. Women's room toilet running continuously and... wouldn't flush. Dirty. No soap in the dispenser. No sanitizer in the dispenser. Tables floors chairs all dirty and disheveled.But the food was hot delicious and tender. Read more

Horrible experience with order & service!!The manager who claimed to be the manager had no control over sarcastic staff nor was... able to fulfill orders completely and timely. They are out chicken upon every visit, out of fries that come with meals, sloww/preparation, unwilling to offer a reasonable substitutes and offer genuine apologies. Today when asked to increase a Med drinkto a Large one since they were out of fries, the Manager said no and walked away. What reasonable and decent person does that?The Manager, staff and restaurant are a reflection of pure ridiculousness and unprofessional behavior that doesn?t belong in ourcommunity!
