Hello all, i hope everyone is fine, well, and good. First off i want to say there really is a huuuuge difference in the... McAlister's. No shade but the Florissant store can learn a few things from the Ofallon and Maplewood stores whom i would alwaysrate 5 stars. Florissant store when someone tells u they want a sandwich but gets it prepared differently, that does not meanfix it how u feel. I asked for a kingclub just remove the bacon and ham. Thats all that should be done. Not change that much tothe sandwich, it ends up looking like a regular turkey and cheese fixed at home by my 2 4 year old grandchildren. If u r out ofsomething let the customer, doordash, Gh, or Ue know so your customer can make a choice not u do it for them, not knowing if uadded something they may not like. Seems a bit bold. Secondly maybe learn customer service skills, owning up to your mistakes,and correcting them. This would require staff to use their listening skills, so phones down, be pleasant, greet people, not beso rude, agrumentative, not helpful, or giving more attitude than service. Managers, are u really managing? Not saying u gottabe hard but goodness, oversee your shifts, maybe hold customer service and food prep inservices. It is so sad that eating establishments in North county lack customer service. Apparently these establishments have poor... management. They allow their workers to be rude and disrespectful. We ordered on line and when my husband went inside to getthe order no one acknowledged him. There were two workers - front line and a cook. The girl was actually sitting down when hecame in and she ignored him and started talking on the phone. She did not say hello or I'll be with you in a moment. And to makeit worse she had an attitude. I hate to say this but black young people are so lazy and they do not care. I will not ever cometo this location again. We ordered two sandwiches and they were thrown in the bag. One sandwich was open and the pickle waslaying inside the bag . Unbelievable. My husband asked if everything was in the bag and she replied "what?" Read more
Always a positive experience here. I frequently have pick ups here for door dash and they are always already finished or just... about finished with the order. I?m thankful for that because as a dasher my time is money and several businesses in the areawill not have food ready for sometimes 10-30mins and call for a dasher to come pick it up and then we basically don?t get paidat all for waiting time whatsoever so I?m thankful they have it together here. Bathroom is always clean. I also eat here myselfand have met here for lunch with friends and the food is always great and atmosphere is always calm, relaxed and quiet feeling!Never any attitude from any staff either and that?s hard to find in this area! Cashier on her phone, told her what All I was hoping to get for the pick 2 with sides and drinks and she offered no... recommendations, felt like she was annoyed helping me. Very dry customer service. I ended up just leaving with nothing. Iunderstand that workers are hard to come by these days but that don?t mean you should just hire any and everybody. Read more
