Drive thru service... Had a Fuji salad. The meat was limited and apple were extra dry. But it was supposed to be like that. I... prefer the real ones. I'm sure it was missing some ingredients. That dressing Fuji was sweet a bit too sweet. I also hadbroccoli cheddar soup and half sandwich with sweet tea. Read more
Cane by on Sunday afternoon, it was not busy at all but were still told it was going to be at least a 30 minute wait. We... reluctantly accepted that but when we tried to order we were told they were not selling what we were trying to order- a saladthat was all over the place on signs and on the large menu, pretty much all over...when we asked why we were told that theywere out of dressing. No apologies, no warning or explanation just an attitude of not caring whether we ate there or not, sowe didn't. We walked out. Hopefully management will be able to train staff to at least act like they care, and communicate withcustomers better. Read more
Update - came here on Saturday for brunch, and it was rough. Drinks were not made until we asked them why they weren't done yet.... A lady who made an online order waited for over an hour for her drinks. Also got the size of our drink wrong. Didn't have itremade coz we would have waited again... Croutons on the greek salad were stale, and it took forever to get the rest of ourfood. Also placed an online order for a bagel pack, and after 30 minutes, we asked them why it wasn't done yet, was just toldthey were out of bagels and we'd have to wait 40 more minutes. Had to ask them to cancel it instead. They could be moreorganized. They're not understaffed, there were a lot of employees, but some were just standing around not doinganything. ?-------- They don't always call out when your food is ready. We ordered smoothies, and we had to ask for them cozthey didn't include it with our food. The smoothies were already melted when we got them - they were done before the food, butdidn't call our names to pick them up. Read more
They were extremely slow in the drive through and I bought their new banana lemonade frozen drink which the cup was too small... and the drink was served to me with contents spilled all around it and it tasted like NOTHING!!! The price seemed too expensivefor what I bought!!! They also lost my rewards number and didn't even try to give me another card to start over...I will not goback to that location unless I'm desperate!!! Read more
drive thru seemed to be moving along pretty quickly?the parking lot was clean and so was the inside?inside there were people... eating and four people waiting for their order and three looked very annoyed. There was about six people in the back but theywere talking and laughing and preparing to close at 6:15?At 6:30 the same people were waiting and I was only waiting for a bowlof soup?finally around 6:45 two people started the orders for the people that had been waiting after a women yelled at themagain?I received my bowl of soup around 6:52?this location was not under staffed today?they seemed eager to get done andobviously wasn?t interested in assisting customers?the manager was no better?not only did she NOT greet anyone?she wasn?t tryingto find out why we all had been standing there for so long. Staff are nice and it's clean inside. I just hate that Bread Co. is getting rid of so much of the food I liked. Even the best... kind of cream cheese is gone now!! Also, their variety of iced teas were slimmed down!! I get they're trying to become a healthyoption, but they're really cutting down their targeted customer base even more. They're prices already had me hesitant. Now thelack of diversity has me more. I think I'll just stick plain, toasted chocolate chip bagels and the iced tea that remains. Read more

I ordered on the Panera app, a Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. I didn?t change the bread. No where on the receipt or my order... did I say I wanted White Miche for my Steak and White Cheddar. Is this a joke? Not even on the right bread, Ciabatta is theright bread for the Steak and White Cheddar. Fast food ain?t that hard. Been there, done that. My fiancé wanted his grilledcheese on Ciabatta bread, which it did not come on. Also I paid for extra cheese for both of my French onion soups. There wasbarely any cheese in either.
