Haven't had Papa John's in over 20.years. Received a coupon for a free pizza so of course I took advantage. We were satisfied... with the quality and experience. It was ready earlier than expected and I did the contactless pick up from car option, orderedand paid online. Everything was simple. We plan to use this location again in the future. Read more
I would give this place a -10 stars if I had the opportunity! This is the worst pizza experience I've ever had! The Monday night... manager is a "dumb _ _ _ _", who hung up on me 8 times before he even said hello! It took a total of 15 calls before someonegot the manager on the line! My whole order was messed up. It started out with being asked to rate the driver that my pizza wasdelivered "NOT"! It didn't arrive till 10 minutes later. Then the pizza did not have the bacon topping on it my jalapeno bitesended up being pepperoni bites and my garlic breadsticks were dried out and old! The only thing that was right in the order wasthe bottle of Mountain Dew! If anybody knows a number to put in a complaint about this papa John's please share it with me! Read more
Worst Papa Johns location in the STL area. Was told there would be a 50-60 min wait time for 3 pizzas, after an hour and 45 min... I called the store and was immediately placed on hold for 20 min before I could say a word. This restaurant needs new managementASAP! Read more
RUDE! Customer service was trash! Placed a pick up order, got there 30 mins later and we told ?you have to wait we ain?t wait... that, you still want it?? Asked if they can give me an extra garlic sauce for my wait and was told ?we can?t do that it?ll be82¢. Would NOT recommend going to this location. Read more
When arriving to pick up my pizza my order hadn?t even been placed. The MOD Chris blamed it on the call center for not pushing... the order in to their system. So I will have to wait 30 minutes to get the pizza. I asked for compensation for theinconvenience the MOD declined because that was the call centers fault and I will need to contact them. So still in front of himI called the number I dialed to order my pizza and coincidentally the store phone rings and to my surprise he was on the otherend of my phone call. Once he realized it was me he began rambling on about sometimes the call center pushes calls andsometimes they don?t. I felt he was being, disceiving and showed no remorse or accountability of the inconvenience. Inaddition the only reason I came was because my daughters school was hosting a fundraiser there. This experience did not bring anew customer not to mention as I waited I noticed one of the workers with purple long unkept hair dangling to her behind withouta net. Very disgusting. I am not please, but I know one thing my baby?s school better had gotten that 20% off that sale. Read more
Deliver over-cooked, dried out pizza with over two inches of crust then refuse to answer their phones. Then say they never saw... it gonit. Someone saw it when they cut it and just didn't care. Wouldn't even remake it. Will not ever order from here again. Read more
