Ordered on the app, store was locked, only taking drive thru orders. Go through drive thru and they're out of chicken tenders.... The chicken tastes great when you can get it but this place regularly doesn't have chicken and if the drive thru has more than 3cars it's a 15+ minute wait. Read more

I attempted to order from this store tonight (10/16). I could not order online (the app said the option was unavailable) and... did not want to wait in a drive thru line wrapped around the building so I made the mistake of walking inside. When I arrivedthe lone employee at the counter (maybe a manager, who knows since she wasn't wearing a uniform) was busy talking on theirphone. Once she acknowledged that there were customers (another person was behind me) all she said is "Who are you picking upfor". I stated I wanted to place an order and this same person told me "Online orders only inside". I wasn't going to arguesince the online system wasn't working and besides what difference would it make if I ordered inside or in the drive thru. Iturned around and left (so did the person behind me). This isn't the first problem I've had here and hope someone in chargesorts things out. Read more

I really do think this is the worst Popeyes in the world. They messed up my order didn?t give me a bunch of the food I ordered.... After waiting in line almost an hour. It is absolutely terrible! I called them to tell them and no one would ever answer thephone!! And I open my rice container and half of it was gone! Was someone else eating it? Read more

???????????? We were so excited to finally try Popeyes! I sat in line, 8th back, for 15 mins, ok, it's busy. No problem... Once... I reached the ordering spot, I was told I had to come in to order. I'm disabled which is why I'm in the drive through. I goinside to find a line of maybe 12 people, standing. I can't stand very long, so I gave up and left. I'll not go back, thatwas incredibly heartless and rude. No greasy chicken is worth this! ???? Read more

Every single time I come to this restaurant they are out of coleslaw. When you are open till 11pm on a Friday night, you are... going to have to make additional slaw for the late rush at 9 pm. I have been in the drive thru line long enough to win 28 levelsof Candy Crush, and you have no slaw... smh. By the time I got to the window I had been in the drive thru for an hour. Themanager was running the window but 1 female employee and 3 male employees were standing around doing nothing. I told the managerI had been in line for an hourand she suggested I tell the crew so I did. Now I just got home and my meal is WRONG! I ordered 2can dine for 11.99 , what i got was 1 breast, one thy one wing an order of mashed potatoes and 1 biscuit. Calling them now. Ofcourse they are not answering the phone. I won't be back. UPDATE, 10 days later, 5 phone calls, no one has been in contact toremedy my issue. Read more

BEWARE ....It was close to my home so I said sure to my family and I ordered our dinner online , ordered a large family meal... and was given no notice that i would get more wings and less thighs and breast , my large Mac and cheese was more equivalentto a table spoon per serving between 2 adults and a teenage daughter (or a small I would assume ) bet DEFINITELY NOT A LARGEalso ordered desert (pie) they told me as I picked up my order they were sold out and I had to go back online to get a refund ,customers service was barely tolerable At Best , the completely unde Par meal I spent 40plus dollars on wasn't what completelyticked me off more so then the total Lack of care customer service which brought me to my decision, I can better serve my ownfamily by driving an additional 7 or so miles to a location with a more positive review , this one i definitely won't return to, PS. Manager was very rude. I downloaded the app and had a coupon on my phone. I place my order told her I had a discount from the... app and they told me to drive around for the total. When I tried to give her my code at the window she told me it was too lateand I should?ve told her in the beginning. I told her I did tell her and that?s why she asked me to drive around for the total. Told me that she didn?t hear me. She would not apply my coupon that was clearly in her face. Oh how the mighty have fallen! Had a spicy chicken and spicy fish sandwiches from this location a year ago. Today I talked my... brother into lunch at this Popeye's location. We ordered 2 spicy fish combos which included Cajun fries and drinks (Coke andSprite) also ordered 2 servings of red beans and rice. We received only one order of Cajun fries, and mashed potatoes, and nored beans. We received Dr. Pepper instead of Coke. When brought the errors to the clerk she wanted to tell us that's what weordered. They took the mashed potatoes back and gave us only one order of red beans and rice instead of 2 orders; also we neverreceived the second order of Cajun fries. I have attached pictures of the fish sandwich and you should compare to pictures ofhow this sandwich is advertised...there is vast differenc. The fish was NOT crispy as advertised; the bun was burned. Thesandwich came with 2 pieces of pickles and mustard no special tarter sauce. The fish tasted like it had been a couple days ago.As you can see from the picture I could only one bite before throwing the sandwich away. WARNING !!! Think three times beforecoming to this location and if you decide to still come here double check your food order. I would prefer to give this place nostar but you can't with no stars...they do not deserve one star!!!! Read more
