Friendly staff, it reminded me a little bit of Chipotle. Food was good staff was friendly and helpful. Update 10/14/22 the... cleanliness of this store has deteriorated greatly, floors were dirty and greasy, the leaking sprinkler pipe in the orderingline dripping on customers as they wait to place their order. Refusal to allow patrons to sit in the restaurant. The lake ofwater in the middle of the restaurant forcing patrons to walk through as they exit the cashier. Read more

I ove the fact that i have a Qdoba a few minutes away from my house! This has been my location for years now! I want to leave... all the staff a compliment but in particular, Tiffany. She handled herself very well when a not so nice door dasher verballyabused her on the job. It was distasteful and degrading but Tiffany held her composure very well. You couldn't even tell if shewas upset after the rude customer left. She maintained a smile on her face and her energy was still very pleasant. You don't seethat often in customer service anymore. Absolutely terrible service, took 80 minutes for them to complete our order and once we received it the majority of our food... looked like they balled it up to play catch with it. On top of that everything was cold, every burrito was missing elements weordered, paid 4 dollars for extra protein and didn?t get it. They literally gave me slop... I ordered via Uber Eats and chose the Nachos with chips on the side. The picture shows what I... got...with chips on the side. Just trash. I tried to call and let a manager know but their phone has stayed busy. Hence, thisreview. So disappointing to not get what I ordered. I ordered the family sized Bowls and tacos meal and they took it upon themselves to... give me the family nachos. Even though my ticket had exactly what I ordered they decided to give us what they wanted us tohave. There are clearly no tortillas for our tacos or beans for our bowls. And it's very inconvenient to arrive and see a signon the door "online orders only". I could handle a sign letting us know you're short staffed and an apology for theinconvenience a little better. A Customer relations in-service is definitely needed at this location. One star given because thefood tasted good. Read more
