My visit to the Florissant location was on Saturday, 10/08/22, around noon. Cashier was not friendly at all. Not one smile. No... "Hi, may I help you" on the speaker. Instead she said, "What can I get for you?" I was like.....uggggh. After I gave her thecoupon and my debit card, she disappeared from the window for several minutes. I had to get the attention of a dude who wassweeping the floor to come over to the window. I asked him where she was, and he said that she went to the back. What the helldid she go to the back with my card for? When she came back, I checked my receipt and it did say $1.09. I had a coupon for $1Large Fry which wasn't filled up, so I stayed at the window til she opened it back up (which is when I snapped the picture). SheGon tell me that she can't take back the fry she gave me. I said ok. I guess she was so "whatever" that I wanted a filled up fryorder, that she had one of the lil boys from the back come up and hand me the fry out the window. I noticed he didn't have a hator a hair net on.. They need to get rid of her. Nasty disposition about her.....like I was gettin' on HER nerves. Chances arewon't b goin back there! ??I usually go to the one in Bridgeton store. They are always nice. I just went to the Florissant onebecause I had just left Michaels Arts and Crafts store up the street. Bad decision. Read more

I ordered online and was able to pick up my food within 15 minutes. I had the ?pick two? with mozzarella sticks. I gave 3 stars... because of the service and quality of the other food, but when I was about to eat my chili dog, I noticed that the hot dog wasgrey. Not going to order the chili dog again, but could possibly visit this location in the future? Read more

They all should be fired they don't care about customers noway,, I waited over a half hour for our food and then we get our food... cold, very cold. If we get sick I'm suing, keep away to stay safe. The health department needs to be called for sure. Read more

DO NOT order the Big Buford...it is not as advertised. The patties were not large size but barely medium size. The patties were... dry and flavorless...no pickles. You would do better to get double cheese burger from Wendy's, Burger King or my least favoriteMcDonald's. The reason I gave one star was for the fried???? Read more

Placed an online order for two combos and it took over a half an hour longer than predicted. It took 10 minutes for someone to... even acknowledge my boyfriend waiting at the window. They weren?t crazy busy either, only had 4 people in the drive through. SMH Read more

For lunch we decided to treat the family to Rally's and try their World Famous Burger, the Double Rally Burger with Cheese and... Chicken Bites with Fries Box and it was a Hit!! The food was fresh and hot ???? and the service was amazing! Even though theywere short staffed, they remained professional and kind ???????? They earned ALL 5 STARS!! Read more

Just watched an employee drag this display in the middle of the drive though at 8:30 to prevent any additional customers. ????.... Then the employee has the audacity to peek their head outside the drive though window to admire their work with a grin on theirface. Adjust your store hours if your gonna close ur location due to lack of staff. Read more

Service is everything, and they need to take customer service classes! They forgot my burger and the walk up was closed and only... one line in the drive thru was open so it was super packed. I walked up to the window anyway and they just let me stand therewaving my bag and when the finally opened the window to see what was wrong, they acted as if I was in the wrong and was tryingto get something that I didn't pay for. Thus making fast food a dying business! Read more
