When I drove into the drive thru, there were no cars. The worker did not attend to me through the speaker until a few minutes... later and had no customer service skills at all! She did not tell me what my total was instead she asked in an irritated voice,?anything else?? I pulled up to the window and o one came to the window for payment instead they stood around and spoke amongsteach other for about 7 mins. She finally came to give me my food and charge me ; no greeting or apology for the wait. I lookedat my food once I parked and saw black grinds all over my wake up wrap. My cold brew tasted like it?s was 30% iced coffee and70% water with sugar. Disgusting and disrespectful group of people; you don?t like your job find another! Mobile ordering here is basically impossible because they strategically disallow face to face interactions. You can only order... through the drive thru or on a kiosk. For some reason they had a table for Door Dash orders but didn?t have one for peopleordering through their own Dunkin app. Because of this, I waited and waited to try and awkwardly get the attention of anemployee just to find out that my order had been sitting behind the counter the whole time I waited. Unfortunetelly the service has become super un personal. No more tables to sit and eat. You order and pay in a kiosk and wait... for the items while standing. Even if you walk in, it feels like a drive through expirience. Don't know if this was done tostreamline service, but feels weird. It's a shame as I still like the donuts and coffee. Read more

They have two large kiosks in their front lobby for customers to place orders, which are confusing as H?LL, and neither one of... them was working...h?uh ...I was told that I had to go through the drive through in order to get a cup of coffee. Why wouldanyone, (especially someone trying to get to work on time), want to wait in a long drive through line just to get a cup ofcoffee? I'm so glad the Wawa down the street still has actual people (at actual cash registers) to take orders from theircustomers, because I see no need to waste my precious time stopping in this Dunkin' Donuts any more! The lady that took my order in the drive through was rude and messed up my order then blamed me for the getting the order... wrong.I wanted one hot and one iced latte. I received two iced lattes which is not what I said but was told I did not say hot!Wheo I asked for a large caramel latte with whipped cream and she told me that it was a signature latte and when I received itit had other stuff on top that I did not ask for and again she blamed me for the mixup! I understand that places are reallyStruggling getting staff but it does not mean that customers should have to deal with rude employees!!!! I will never go tothis location again!!!! Read more

The service is fast an over kid-friendly. I was just there and they said they get fresh donuts delivered every day from New... Jersey. They people and manager are very nice. On multiple occasions, I have gotten free donuts because they had too many orjust because they are super nice. Overall great service and food. Then again is their such thing as a bad donut! Read more
