How are the fries hot but taste old and stale? Why does every single person "working" there seem towant to be anywhere else. Never had a fresh hot anything from this location. Poor McDonalds! At one time they used to be on top of their game and leaders in the fast food industry. If the owner is reading... this, and I doubt they are because nothing has changed in years, your people are rude and ignorant. They literally wouldn?t takeour order and forced us to drive up to the window. Then when they opened the window they actually looked at us with an angryface as if we were bothering them. Lamar was extremely rude and rushed us during taking our order at the drive through. Once at the window I asked for a survey and... was told they don?t have any. Then I followed with asking to speak with a manager and was told he was the manager. He asked why,I responded with customer service he apologized for ?the way I took it?. Not for his own actions of being rude and rushing us.Not only were we rushed but then once we speed up telling him the order he couldn?t keep up. Being apart of the same industry Ijust expected better service, especially to customers that weren?t being rude. Read more
I wish this staff worked in Philly! The shift lead encourages her staff every few minutes and they're quick with orders. The... food always tastes fresh and the dining area is clean. This is definitely my favorite McD's. Read more

I never had any problem at McDonald's buying by the app. In this place, the attendant was rude and said that we can't get two... orders by the app in the drive through and we have to go inside to get the rest of the order. No sense. We always buy multipleorders. Also when we tried talk to him, he closed the window in our face. I never saw this treatment at the McDonald's. Read more

The McDonald's in Flourtown Mall displayed Excellency today. A far cry from previous performances here and that is why I could... not continue going there for a year or more. I thought I would check it out again today and the energy there was really good. I sure hope they keep it up. Read more
