Probably the worst meal I have ever had. I ordered brown rice and got white rice. There were only 4 pieces of diced chicken in... my salad, I asked for lettuce and got maybe a tablespoon of shredded lettuce and I paid $3.00 for chips and salsa and the bagof chips was less than 1/4 full. My husband walked inside to get a chicken bowl to go and he was told that the chicken was for to go order orders only? I?m not... sure how that makes sense, since he requested the bowl to go? Unfortunately, there isn?t any contact information listed to getahold of a supervisor. I used to love chipotle but it seems like it is ran by a couple of teenagers that shouldn?t be runningthe show. Like many of you, I?ve eaten at Chipotle restaurants all across the country. This location close to my home is hands down the... worst I?ve ever been in. Always dirty with uncleaned tables, overflowing trash cans, counters covered with food, and dirtyfloors. They tell me they have no climate control as cold air blasts the dining room to bone chilling temps. The chips areoften chewy, they are frequently out of my favorite items, and the soda fountains seem to always be out of one or twoselections. The iced tea dispensers are often empty and somehow they keep running out of forks. This store is obviously verypoorly managed and has continued to be for years. One clue might be the absence of any crew member seemingly older than 18. They are nice enough but they just don?t seem to care about this store. Not a good image for Chipotle. Read more

The girl with the septum piercing at the register is really rude. I visited once and she was rude but thought maybe she had a... bad day, came back a week later still rude. I told her that something was missing from my order and she just stared at me untilI said it?s fine. Read more

I got food poisoning from the Main Street Lewisville location a month ago so I drove way to this location thinking they would... have better quality but the service was horrible and the brown rice was rock hard almost chipped my tooth. Praying for chipotleyou guys should do better with your food and customer service. Read more

Don?t order from this location, go elsewhere, I promise the quality is better elsewhere. This store absolutely doesn?t care and... it shows in their orders; this was supposed to have extra brown rice and the bowl isn?t even halfway full. And it was COLD, eventhough I ordered it right before leaving to get it, and picked it up 7 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Husband?sburrito was completely subpar as well. Horrible service!!! I walked in alone, no one standing in line with me at all. I had to ask the 3 associates a few times to... take my order. Even when they began to help, one of the guys stopped helping me to tell another associate a story. Also, theinside of the restaurant was filthy, so I went outside to eat. I visited this location today as a result of a mix up of stores. I went with my spouse to get an early lunch and we choose this... store because the GPS indicated it was not as far as the other locations. We found that the location was well stocked with foodand fresh looking items. The workers were friendly and capable while preparing our food selections. The serving areas werecleaned and neat in appearance. There's seating inside and outside of the restaurant. There is a pick up shelf adjacent to thecashier.
