Worst Chipotle and I?m not rating this based on one experience. I?ve given this location 3 times to change my mind. Workers are... unprofessional. I asked for chicken and the worker responded with ?it?s gone? when asked if they were making more she said, ?Idon?t know.? And didn?t ask if more was being made. They don?t give the proper portion sizes. They always give half a scoop.Meat is always cold which is definitely something that should stay within it?s proper temp so bacteria doesn?t start growing.They never ask if I want dressing with my salad., I have to ask for it. They?re always out of things (and no I?m not going rightbefore they close). I?d say this is a location that corporate needs to go in and fix or shut down. There are two Chipotles in Flower Mound, and this is the one that people should go to. Their food is always fresh and tasty. It... is a popular take-out/delivery service location, so there is often a wait?but just plan accordingly! We have never had an issuewith ?skimping? on ingredients here. I would avoid this location. I had a free entree reward because we enjoy Chipotle often. The system was not taking the QR code,... manager Katie did comp it, but told me I was no longer allowed to use any of my rewards at that location in the future due tosystem issues. I don't believe it's the customer's fault that YOUR system is not working correctly. My chips were not cooked through so they were soft when I bit into them. The steak along with being a very small portion, was... like half fat so it wasn?t edible. My beans were pretty dry and kinda crunchy??? I?ve never had black beans that were not softbefore. Very disappointed. A/C was down, they had an auxiliary that wasn't on for the dining area but the kitchen one worked fine. Their... systems were down, we had to pay cash and couldn't get credit for the rewards program. Sunday, August 7 at 12:15 Service leaves a lot to be desired. As my tacos got passed off to the next employee,he stood turned... around laughing with another employee about how they screwed up some other order. When he finally noticed me he tried to rush methrough. Person in front of me asked why they couldn?t use queso for his tacos from the to-go area, and the girl at the registersnickered and rolled her eyes. Worst location so far! I ordered a steak bowl and they put just 11 pieces of steak which half were fat and grizzle. I... complained to the lady who works there and she said that?s what they serve. She told me that all the meat comes bagged and theyjust cut it they are not allowed to trim grizzle and fat!! Well if I am paying for steak I expect to get edible pieces of steaknot your scraps!
