Poor Customer Service My son does not like birthday cake but loves cinnamon rolls, so for his birthday I ordered a 15 pack and... a 9 pack of the minibons for his birthday party. When I arrived to pick up at the designated time to pick up, they had record ofmy order but had not made the minibon nor did they have a substitute available. The manager explained that they had not madethem but that in 35 min I could come back and pick up 12 rolls that were in the oven. While I was explaining that this wouldnot work due to the timing, the manager drifted off and walked away to ask someone if she could help them. I was not beingdisrespectful of the employees and their lack of planning for a large order and their apathy towards not satisfying theircustomers is disappointing and I will not be going back.
