walked in on 11-10-22 to place and order, me and my mothers first time here. right as we walk in we get no greetings or hello.... as we stand there for 5 minutes we?re listening to the phone ring for another 5 minutes and no one picks up the phone. the oneboy that works here is sitting down behind the counter talking while everyone else is doing the work for him. he is so loud andobnoxious as people are sitting down trying to enjoy their meals. he does maybe one thing and that is grab a napkin and pick upa bagel. not a nice first experience. Great food, horrible service at this location. Always understaffed and very slow preparation/delivery time. Customers... frequently frustrated with long wait times after they have placed their orders. Read more

This has got to be one of the worst places in Flower Mound. Patron beware! The staff is very poor at performing their jobs. I... ordered, got the wrong food items, and when brought to their attention, I got attitude like it was my fault. Watched the counterstaff deliver food to tables and just drop it and say nothing and walk off. I would say go ahead and close this location andnobody would miss it. Bagels are frozen, staff poor at jobs, space is unclean, service is slow, and the staff does not care. Read more

Anthony from the Las Colinas store was helping out in the flower mound location and gave us excellent service along with Cheryl... both top notch employees. Anthony deserves a raise and his own store . Customer service is his one priority!!! Read more

I came in this morning September 4th at 7:00. Ordered a baker?s dozen. Nine out of the dozen were not what I ordered? Six of... the nine had jalapeños which folks in my home don?t eat and three were raisin bagels versus blueberry. I?m allergic to raisins.I?ve been on Keto for 9 months and the cheat meal I?ve been talking about and that made me drive 30 minutes was the blueberrybagels. I called to share my disappointment and got attitude from a young lady. No I?m sorry she just sat on the phone andclammed up. I had to ask hello twice. I asked her to share my experience with the manager and got a ?right?. I get labors hardto find now but a heartfelt we?re sorry and come back and next order we?ll throw in a free cream cheese or bagel would have gonea long way. All but 1 person was over 25 and the rest we?re more interested in talking among themselves than being in the momenttaking care of customers. I loved how easy it was for me to go in and get the curated dozen box with two cream cheeses and out on my way in a matter of... minutes. The cashier was very patient and kind towards me and I absolutely love their bagels. I have only tried their honeyalmond flavored cream cheese but it is so delicious! You do have the option of choosing the bagels you want yourself, I chosethe curated one because I was in a hurry. I recommend everyone to check it out if you haven't tried this place before.
