Delicious, Every time! We visited on a Friday evening, friendly hostesses communicated the wait time and added us to the list.... Our experience was most definitely worth the wait. (25 mins~) Mambo taxis were so good, just strong enough. We ordered nachoslocos with ground beef and shredded chicken changa + double rice and queso on the side. Our server was friendly, attentive, andpersonable. She even offered us waters to go, without us asking. In this Texas heat, hydration definitely matters! In the endour eyes were bigger than our appetite so we did take at least half to go which is fine. We will return for sure! Read more

I believe our waiters name was Camilo and he was wonderful. Very attentive to us and not over bearing at all. Drinks were... delivered very timely as well as the food. I was bummed they couldn?t make the Miami Vice (Southlake makes a delicious one) butthe Rio Mambo is just as good and gets the job done! These are some strong drinks so they?re worth the price! The chicken wasalso very well cooked and seasoned. Overall, this was a good experience. Mi Cocina is pretty standard no matter which location.The atmosphere is also great.
