Did a mobile order for the first time and numerous things went wrong. On the app it said pizza would be done at 6:37 it took 30... more mins and there was no line and it was not busy. The Tuesday night crew just didn?t make the pizzas. Then they let thepizzas sit there even though they were ready and didn?t call a name. When we got home to eat said pizzas they were almostinedible. Dry, burnt, and they forgot a topping on the ticket and no side sauce with the cheese bread. Worst experience I?veever had at this location. Read more
LOVE Mod pizza but will not return to this location. Ordered online and still had to wait an hour. Not busy when we arrived, but... just very, very slow. This was our third visit over the last couple of months. Because we love the pizza, we gave it anothertry. Nothing has changed. Nice people, Great food, but way, WAY too slow. We were so excited for a Mod Pizza to open nearby that we couldn?t miss their opening week! We were not disappointed! Their... pizzas are delicious and a great value! The staff is friendly and helpful! And the restaurant is fun and colorful! Even thoughthey just opened and some of the staff was still learning, the wait time was very reasonable. The pizzas are delicious. Onecan build their own pie or choose one of their gourmet creations! And be sure to sign up for their ?Mod Rewards? program. The food was pretty good, but I don't care for the burnt taste on the bottom of my crust from the stone oven. Their mini pizzas... an 1" smaller and $2.00 more than another popular Artisan Pizza place in the area. I'll have to return to try their salads butwould probably rank them 6 on my pizza place list. The staff was not prepared for the opening but I'm sure it will improve. Read more
