Wow, this is definitely my favourite breakfast spot! The service is amazing, the food was so fresh and delicious. They have a... lot of variety and offer really high quality coffee which is great. Went in for a quick bite to eat after I left an appointment and was pleasantly surprised! Service was super quick and my... waitress was amazing! I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat, but she recommended several options for me and I am so glad Ilistened! The Berry Waffle was outstanding. The fruit was do fresh. No frozen berries here. My coffee never got cold because shewas always checking in with me and I was able to enjoy every single bite. I even ordered extra crispy bacon and I got it unlikesome places. I highly recommend it! So disappointed that I am re-adding this view. I thought I would be able to update it because I tried the burger this time and... it deleted my initial review from the breakfast menu. Update- Second time trying this quaint place for lunch this time! Theservice impeccable! Mark is attentive and accommodating! The owner cares about the customers that come to this establishment.It shows in her warm demeanor. She suggested trying their carrot pancakes. I was tempted but my desire for a sandwich won out.The quality of meat used for the cheeseburger is good. The bun was fresh and soft. The meat was cooked to my specifications.This Texas Chili was spicy. It would be good on hotdogs and burgers. I prefer beans in my chili. Burger and chili was $9. Laterin the day I came home and put the chili on the other half of the burger. Heated it up and all I can say is--NAILED IT! Thechili is not as spicy now. I also didn't think that lettuce and tomato would make this an edible sandwich. We will return! Myson and I hanging out I will say I love the decor And openness as well as the spacing especially during the pandemic that we areliving in. The menu options are creative diverse. Mark the waiter is attentive, intuitive and pleasant. Generous portion size. Iseason my eggs so the blandness of the eggs is not because they weren?t cooked well. This place is AMAZING!!! My wife and I went for the savory/sweet combo splitting the Apple Pie French Toast and the Breakfast... Tacos and let me just say WOW!!!! Everything tasted perfect. Visited on a Friday afternoon. Was greeted and seated promptly. The patio sits between the buildings/breezeway/shade. The patio... was an adequate distance away from the parking stalls and didn't smell vehicle exhaust while seated outside. The buildings inthe area gives a nostalgia feel. I inquired for possible high protein breakfast to break my fast and our wonderful andknowledgeable server, Madison, recommended All American breakfast & I sub'd regular pancake for gluten free pancake. My husbandordered the chunkie monkey pancake. We were impressed with the quick service and amount of food.
