Casual dining in the front bar area is my preference as it is quieter than the main dining area. Pretzel bites with cheese dip... appetizer is great. Good variety of burgers - cooked up pink or no pink - but I have to say the COD is my new favorite- FRESHFLAKY and delicious. Don?t think I?ll ever have another burger here! And there is unlimited fries?hot and crispy - awesome withtheir seasoning. Boozy milkshakes are decent. Not a good dessert selection but never have room for that anyway! Read more

What a terrible experience. Server was awful. Our drinks stayed empty. Worst ever. The manager kept walking around and was... looking around and never once asked if we even needed refills. Kids bacon cheeseburger the bacon wasn't even barely cooked. Notone of us out 6 finished their meals. Absolutely Terrible. Read more

Our glasses stayed empty even after asking for refills many times. The waitress seems overwhelmed and not able to handle her... tables. The manager asked her a few times if she was ok and she said she was. However he never stepped up to help. What terriblecustomer service this place has. Had a great experience here on a Friday late afternoon. Surprisingly, we had no wait time and were immediately seated (could... have been a case of luck). Our server was very friendly and attentive, and even educated me about ranch with mozzarella sticksas opposed to the typical marinara sauce. Apparently, we were the first table the server has had that questioned it. And to mysurprise, it was actually pretty tasty, I'd recommend trying it. They have a nice selection of gourmet burgers that are sure toappeal to everyone at a table. The bottomless fries are a nice touch as well. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and will definitelyreturn. Today we tried going to the Chili's across the parking lot. Boy was that a huge let down, so we walked out. Ended up at Red... Robin and were pleasantly surprised. Three nice young people greeted us, and made sure we got seated right away. Our waiter,Chad, was very polite and efficient. Food was good, hot, and fresh. Restaurant was clean, and they even turned the music downfor us. We haven't eaten at this location in quite a while, so after our bad ordeal at Chilis, it was nice to see so manyemployees there to work and take good care of the customers. The kitchen area even had a full staff, even though it was slow at4pm. Thanks to the employees for working hard when you don't get that a lot these days! One last thing, i would agree with otherreviews that it seems like the burgers have shrunk in size, but i actually didn't mind because i think the current size isn'ttoo filling. Read more

This visit wasn't the best that it could have been. Took a little time for a server to get to us. Ordered a starter and drinks... but that took some time too. When we were ready to order, it was simple but took a little longer than it should. Food was greatand no issues. But our server never checked on us during our meal for refills or if we need anything. We had to flag him down toget napkins, refills, and just get the check because we were done. The rating of 3 stars is for the food only, everything elseneeded work. Read more
