Went in today and got a strawberry banana activator. Asked the guy if it was dairy free and he said yes, it definitely was not.... I should have looked. It also tasted like it had kale or something it it, it was not good at all!! Read more

Would like to start off by saying I love smoothie king and their smoothies. I'm a regular with my boyfriend at the other... FlowerMound location that's closer to my house. However, since I got a b1g1 coupon in the mail my bf and I decide to drive 15mins to this one. After ordering two 32 ounce smoothies, the young blond boy with glasses told us that the coupon excludes 32ounce drinks, even though the coupon says, "Not valid on 32oz smoothies on Fridays". Since it was Wednesday, that didn't makesense but I asked him to change them to mediums. He then said it only applies to smalls which is stated NOWHERE on the coupon.Still, said whatever changed them to smalls, all while he still had my card which made me uncomfortable for him to have it solong. After all that, he said the coupon had already been used because it wasn't going through. I had gotten the coupons Tuesday(day before) in the mail and cut it out the morning of, so there's is absolutely no way the coupon was already used. Iunderstand the employee may have been new, but after driving 30 mins round trip (compared to the usual 10) to pay full price forthe wrong size of smoothies, I bought a ninja blender to make my smoothies at home. After having painful dental work done I realized quickly I wasn't going to be able to chew anything. So I stopped by smoothie... king. As soon as I told them my situation, they all threw in ideas to help make smoothie filling like meal.
