Placed an order through the mobile app. Get to the store and my drink was not ready. Vanessa (Nessa) rudely ignored me and said... that she didn't have my order, but I had proof of my drink. She repeatedly said I don't have it. I kept showing her I placed myorder and it's paid for and it was at the correct location. After she attended 5 customers before me she FINALLY made my order.She was rude and unkind to a pregnant woman. I had to wait 30 min for my drink to be made when I ordered it ahead of time andeven arrived 5 min past the suggested "Arrival Time" - Horrible service. She would not give me her name so I had to call thestore after to get her name. Horrible employee. Read more

I don?t usually come here, but I did today with friends and got the Angel Food. Great smoothie, but even better was talking to... the staff, especially Twan. It was nice talking to them while I waited for my order instead of just being on my phone. Read more

OMG! I order the same smoothie almost everyday and today it tasted weird and watery. I called the store after ordering on Uber... eats to see if there was a change in what they use or what happened. Someone put the manager on the phone and I tried toexplain that it just did not taste good at all. She then says we?ll what do you want me to do i cannot give refunds if youordered it from Uber eats. I said that was not what i was asking for and if she could have it remade because i have not drinkit. She proceeded to tell me if I did not drink it then how do i know it doesn?t taste good as i was telling her that is notwhat i meant (i was literally just showing good faith so they did not think i was trying to get a free smoothie - i took acouple of sips before saying it did not taste good) she then hung up on me. I cannot believe she did that I?m in utter shock. I don?t think i have ever had anyone do that ever. I called back and asked an associate for the corporate office number andthey said they don?t give it out. Luckily it?s listed on google for the world to see! Will never patronize this establishmentagain and the manager who said her name was Raven needs better customer service skills because if the manager is hanging up oncustomers what does that tell you about who they hire. I will never go back here as long as she is the manager. Should haveread previous reviews regarding their customer service. UPDATE I contemplated even leaving this review up because i did get acall from the VP after giving a complaint to the corporate office but i am going to leave this up because bad customer serviceis bad customer service and Raven the manager said she did not hang up on me she was disconnected. She told no truth to higherlevel management and overall just sad because it was my go to store.
