I asked for extra ketchup and was given 3 whole packets for 4 orders. How is that in ANY way extra. I asked at the window before... getting my food and she said "okay"... but 3 packets when I asked for "a lot of ketchup", then inquired as to whether they putin extra. I was told yes, but nope.
