First when I started walking up to the counter the guy saw me walking up and instead of staying behind the counter he walked... out. Then I ordered an eggnog latte which I had been craving and was told we are out of eggnog. I walked literally 50ft andthere was eggnog there in the dairy section.......really? I can understand that response in a stand alone Starbucks, but not onelocated in the middle of a grocery store. Read more

I rarely go to Starbucks but when I do I drive past 2 other Starbucks just to get to this one. The kids are awesome even if they... do chat with everyone but I STILL LOVE IT.
