The hours of operation appear to be merely a suggestion. Have visited this location twice in the last 4 days and the would not... respond at the drive through speaker. Had to knock on the window only to be told they were not open. Each time was given adifferent excuse. Was the same poor kid working each time, by himself. Regardless they should truly be open for operation duringthe publicized times and if not, SIMPLY UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION so people are not wasting their time. Food was good. But I totally feel deceived from ordering. All combos include only small fries and drinks. They ask medium or... large, in which the standard is always medium, like any other place. Unknown to me, it's an upcharge. So the 8 dollar meal isall of a sudden 10 bucks. Don't know how long it's been this way, but it's a DISHONEST tactic to get you to pay more! I went last week and found this in my fries wasn't given a receipt so can't put in a actual complaint but the strawberry shake... was good too bad I wasn't able to enjoy the rest of the food I paid for. Read more
Not worth it to go out of your way to go here. They weren't even open on a Saturday evening. Probably severely understaffed &... the staff they do have are probably overworked. It's unfortunate because this is the closest Wendy's I live by. I ended up goingto the location on Long Prairie which is about 10 min south. They're awesome over there! Read more
Used to be great but since the remodeling it's been awful. Inside is always closed...closed right now 6:08 pm. Line is taking... forever with a whopping 4 cars that's including mine (part of why I wanted to go in to order). The only reason for 2 star andnot a 1 the food is always good. I'm sorry the lockdown is over and so is the remodel open the inside for people. Drive thrusp*** me off. Read more
Most of the time I ordered at this location had to check the bag to make sure all orders are in. Yesterday I forgot to do... checking and when I got home , I discovered they missed the chicken nuggets for my grand daughter. I drove back 5 miles roundtrip to get the missing item. The manager who took the order did not bother to apologize and ask one the worker to provide methe missing item. This Wendy's location have a reputation of missing items when you go through drive thru. Not going back thereanymore.... Read more
April 2022...Normally very good, except for the maple chicken bacon breakfast sandwich this morning....rubbery and old. No... phone number to call back, so posting. Showed up at 10:45 after getting into town on a late night flight. Google says they?re open until midnight. Drive through was... open, lights were on but no one was responding. Called the store, no response. Other cars were in the drive through behind us.Finally gave up and some guy with dark/black hair and a curly mullet had all the lights off in the kitchen and was dancing whilehe cleaned. At least respond so we know you?re closed - will not come back, today was a long day and a small response was allthat was needed for me to know they were no longer serving. Read more
