I ordered our pizza at 1:45. At 2:02 it was being quality checked. At 2:35 I call and was told it was waiting for a delivery... driver. At 2:58 our pizza arrived. It's really sad you spend $40 on pizza and it takes longer than an hour and the worst part ithad to be microwaved before we could even eat it. Cold pizza, I wish I didn't even pay and checked my pizza before they left andjust sent my cold pizza back with them. As a manager at my job this is UNACCEPTABLE. Read more
Im not the person to write bad reviews but im literally shook! i had to say something ?. i went inside and saw a girl forming... pizza dough with her bare hands with a band aid that appeared to look like it was slipping off i immediately left that ishorrible !! Read more
All I ordered was lava cakes and they burn them? They smell burnt and taste burnt? and this is all I got hahaha
Had a free pizza with rewards an they sent out an absolutely disgusting pizza to me. Thinking of calling the corporate number... but I don?t wanna blame the driver. This is on management an the cooks but this is unacceptable. Read more
Such a sweet group of people that work there! Food is always great! Though I didn?t hear any names I have to say the manager... with the cool light blue hair was so sweet. Though I was there a short time it was so nice hear her uplifting her team memberssaying things like ?you guys are doing great!?. Things like this are the reason I love ordering from this location! Delivery was less than 30 mins. Pizza was very fresh and great flavors. For it being a fast food pizza place.
I have been ordering from this location for pass year . Over 30 orders because of our pizza Friday's for the kids! Despite... seeing everyone?s comments. This location has indeed messed up on my orders. But don?t let that drive you away. This locationhas always made it right, By giving me either another pizza or comping me. I will still continue to order from them because theydo customers right. And that?s what customer service is about. They fix what?s wrong, no place I have been to is perfect or arobot ? People might have a bad experience but they still continue to order with this location in my books your one stars shouldbe four or five star. Last time I ordered they messed it up but today I ordered and they exceeded my expectations on my pizza.Continue to keep up the good work guys ! not everyone in this world is bad. Read more
