Prices continue to increase! The $1.00 hamburger I was used to getting just 4 months ago has increased 4 times and now is $1.89.... And I used to get plenty of mustard and ketchup and at least 3 pickles.. all I get on the hamburgers now is a single pickle witha tiny little bit of mustard and ketchup in the center. Not at all good. This restaurant has gotten out of control withincreasing prices and providing LESS with the increase! Not at all good - Burger King is out for me. Read more

I walked in not knowing actually what i wanted because i dont usually order Burger King. As soon as i get to the counter im... expecting the lady at the counter (maybe manager) to greet me with a smile or something like normal restaurants do. I said hethese exact words ?Yes can i have a croissant and the hashbrowns that go with it? i forgot to tell her (ham croissant). She thenlooks at me and blinks her eyes And says something slick as though she was upset. I cannot recall clearly what she said but iwas holding back everything in me at that moment. I let it slide and went ahead and got the food but This place as far asmanagers or cashiers go, needs some major help. I placed an online order that included 2 coffees. When I picked up my order I was informed there was no coffee, no substitute... unless I wanted to pay more. It seems they would be more accommodating, especially since the order was already paid for. Read more
Dining room was locked with the workers sitting at the door staring at me. Why?? Instead I go through the drive through and... order four of the same items, three of which are ketchup and mayo and one just ketchup. I repeated the order after someconfusion three times at the speaker. When I pull up to pay, the order is incorrect and the worker asks me again what I want. Ittakes an additional three times of asking and repeating back to me incorrectly to get anywhere. Finally, a very nice lady stepsin and asks if she can help and she completes the order correctly.
