Sat at the bar at 8pm. They closed at 10. Food sitting on the bar from previous customers, bartender seemed unconcerned. I... ordered a draft beer, she poured it from a few bottles around the corner. Had she communicated any BS reason about the draft, Iwould have ordered bottles.The fact she tried to hide it was weird. Silverware came with salad and bread, the knife hadsomething on it. A regular showed up and they cleared some of the dishes off the bar, for them to sit. Crazy part is food wasgood and on time. Waitress was attentive and polite. I switched to bottles and she was there with a beer. Most people wouldhave probably left, I'm glad I stayed because in the end it was fine. Seemed like they were understaffed, but decently run. We ordered the outlaw rib eye and were not dissapointed. Very good steak!

We were staying at the Hilton Gardens and we made a call to Long Horn to order dinner. The lady named Sharon handled our order.... She was absolutely outstanding and one of the nicest human beings on this planet. Do whatever you have to do to KEEP HER!!! Thefood was excellent; fresh, tasty and well prepared. I have ordered this Logan steakhouse in Pearl Mississippi pretty often since I discovered that the location was near by. I?ve... ordered their steaks twice hands-down absolutely perfect, I?ve enjoyed the steak Cobb salad which was delicious however the cookmy steak while taste it turned well because it was delivered that is something I hope the chef will recognize and do better toassure satisfaction especially for the steak. Now despite those observations, this place is fantastic and you will not bedisappointed. #staff please don?t give or allow anyone the opportunity to review your service less than a 5. ?Y?all the bomb???? over there. Made a to-go order and arrived at 1:51. Then I called inside to let the staff know. I was told it would be right out. I waited... 20 more minutes to Call back. After the phone call being transferred to 3 different people, I was told that the order was ready.I stated that I had been waiting 20 minutes, to which the person replied that they did not get that message. I told them whatparking space I was in and waited another 5 minutes to walk in to check on my order. I wasn?t promptly approached, but I didwait patiently until I was addressed. My order was handed to me. I stated that I hope it wasn?t cold because I waited over 20minutes after 1:55, which was the time it was suppose to be ready. The young lady stated that it wasn?t cold. Once I got to myvehicle, I did notice that the steak was lukewarm at best and that the oil/fat from the steak began to solidify, so that wastelling that it was cold. There needs to be a better system for curbside order, particularly better communication. I wouldunderstand if the restaurant was busy, but it was no more that 20 patrons in the whole restaurant and it was well after thelunch rush. *PS. My steak looks over cooked. I asked for medium-rare. Courtney, our waitress, was top notch! Fresh food, served hot and tasty with all the trimmings. Although it was the lunch rush,... we were able to order from the dinner menu and it didn't disappoint. A visit to our table from the chef was a nice touch to awonderful meal. Read more
