My go to sandwich is usually a Newk?s Grab&Go chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. But I decided to walk out bc whoever makes... them at this location isn?t loading them enough, and they are wrapping the sandwich waaaay too tight. Ordered the combo pizza and it was the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time. Lots of great menu options.
Overall really good experience, pizza could have been done a bit more, and honey mustard dressing had some zing to it. Service... was fast both at the front and in getting the food to the table at the dinner hour. Popular place as it filled up while i wasthere. PRESENTATION IS KEY: On January 3, 2021 I placed a call in order. Great customer phone service but that's where the buck... stopped. When I went to pick up my order I forgot to ask for them to toss the order. So I ask the young lad to do that. Shedid... Upon arrival at my destination this is what I found (see picture). Is this your idea or presentation of turkey? Youplace an entire uncut slice of turkey in the salad and ship it out to your customer(s)? This is unacceptable folks. P.S. Consistent Quality! I have never had a bad meal at Newk's. Tonight was no exception. My pimento cheese sandwich with a bowl of... Chicken Tortilla Soul was perfection. My mouth waters as I recall how delicious it was! The restaurant was beautifullydecorated, comfortable and even though there were many people dining, it did not feel crowded and the service was great. We will certainly continue visiting Newk's.
