I am updating an old review. I'm happy to say that this location is being run much better than it was 8 months ago. My order was... fresh, made correctly and absolutely delicious! I was a new customer of Papa Johns. Placed an order by mobile/on app (25min before arriving). Arrived at location order was not... ready. Sat and waited for an additional 25min while other customers entered got their orders and left. After the 25 min Ifinally asked an employee again about my order. From the way there were searching, my order had not been prepared!! Apologieswere offered however I was dissatisfied with the handling of my order. Read more
This was my first time ordering from them and maybe the last. I ordered online and chose to pay at pick up. Got there and went... in and saw all young people (nothing wrong with that they should be working) but my thing was you are in a restaurant cookingand handing food. No one was wearing gloves and no one had mask on in the area where the pizza were being made. Everyone justwalking around talking and having a good time. Not good with this stuff going around. This was my first visit to this Papa Johns. I was greeted by the friendly staff as i walked in the door to pick up my mobile... order. I decided to try the new Italian Papa Bowl for the first time. There was definitely enough to feed 2, and it was REALLYGOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this Papa Johns. Friendly and professional staff, fresh hot food and cleanrestaurant.
