I'm not happy. Same kind of inaccurate service given everywhere else. I've been in the food industry so some things I... understand. This, today, unacceptable. I was so excited to have a popeyes close by and now I am not. I ordered a 2piece meal,spicy with Dr pepper and dessert. Could not get it right. Tried to hand me someone else's order, then I have to pull up andwait, all for them to hand me the wrong food anyways. I DID NOT GET SPICY CHICKEN and it wasn't even hot. Worst part,, I'm abusy mom and had to get kids from school and could not go back. Very disappointed! Read more
I stopped eating Popeyes for yearsss and if I went, I?d only order the Cajun rice. When it was discontinued, I discontinued my... appetite for Popeyes. Since Popeyes is new in this area, I secretly dreaded it, but when I saw the rice was back!!! Yeahhh! Myfirst experience was a bit slow but highly accommodating! The staff is nice and upbeat! That says a lot for Popeyes employment!My second time, myself and the staff were new to the mobile order but we figured it out! A friend of mine and I stopped in to eat dinner my a few days ago. We expereinced a fresh look, smells, and attitude of Southern... pride of down home Louisianan style cooking right here in Mississippi. "MissiLouPop" is what I am calling this location. Thecreole music was popping, the food was fried up fast, and the service was even swifter. "Garret" I believe his name is, reallyshowed us how everyone in the food service industry should communicate. He was genuine, caring, and made sure we were happywith our order as well as others. He gets my golden buzzer Guest Service Excellence Award of the year!! Keep it up! In all myexcitement of how hospitible they were, I forgot to take photos. We ordered a two peice white, a thee piece, and an extrabiscuit. They really had a well organized crew who even kept the drivethru moving. I wanted to dance in my seat! None-the-less,I really walked away thinking that old jingle, "Love That Chicken From POPEYE'S!" I hope that when you dine here; soon you willbe humming it as well. Read more
