This raising canes location has gone down hill. The wait time is unbelievably slow. The service is not good. 4 to 5 people... standing around in the kitchen and no one is helping customers. Waited over 30 mins for food and still got the order wrong.Raising canes has been known for great food and good service. This was not either. Read more

This place was really good. Influencers on. YouTube had been telling me about it, says it was really good. I was in a town that... actually had one. Won't be back anytime soon..long wait in line, but I didn't mind, it's to be expected at this location. Ordered the Box Combo... and it had a burnt smell, taste to it. Used alot of sauce because hey I'm hungry. Finished my drink and opened the cup to eatthe ice, found something on the inside of my cup. Don't recommend. Read more
This was my first visit but it will not be my last. The food was hot and delicious. The sauce was well balanced and complimented... the tenders well. The french fries were hot and crispy. So the three stars are for the food. Unfortunately I had to only givethree because of the customer service staff. As a whole they were the most unprofessional and immature staff. Playing around andbeing loud with one another in front of guest. Running in and out of the restroom and not washing hands. None of them woregloves and I am so thankful they did not touch or prepare my food. Management if any were completely clueless or just that busyto the point it was faster letting them show no class.
