The inside has not been open in a VERY long time! They dont even greet you at the drive thru speaker they just say "taco bell",... the service is extremely slow! and over half the time they don't even get the order right. This location needs new(better)employees and management!! Read more

Very disgusting and unprofessional employees . This is the 3rd time I?ve tried to order something from the 103 plaza dr location... in flowood , and I order a pretty good size order it?s looks like slop an like they didn?t care on how they prepared the food.Employees are outside the building pants sagging smoking while a line is wrapped around the building. Repeated negative experiences here. If you don't have enough staff to get through the drive through in a timely... manner/accurately process orders, you don't have enough staff to actually be open. It takes more than one overworked staffmember to man a drive through. Read more

Show up at 7pm and am told that the screen is down and will take 10 to 15 minutes to come back up. No biggie, its technology and... stuff happens. I ask if I can come in and she tells me they are closed inside. Whatever, I said I will wait. They have me pullaround to the front and wait (not sure why I couldn't have just waited there....but ok). One of the chicks is just chillingoutside talking to people. Less than 5 minutes she waves her phones flashlight at me to go on, I pull up and make my order.Chick at the drive thru mumbled something and that was all I got. No "thank you", no "have a nice night", nothing. The utterlack of customer service is appalling, what more, I doubt the screens were down. They probably just didn't want to work and werebetting I wouldn't wait "10-15 minutes". This is also the second time I have been here recently where they didn't have the breadstuff for the Cheesy Gordita Crunches...so they say. Look, if you don't want to work there quit, but we the customers pay yourbills an allow you to have your nice things so be thankful and express that. That goes for anyone in customer service. I attempted to get a drive-through order today. I asked for, as listed on their menu, and iced coffee. Not only is that... apparently not actually on their menu, but it angers them if you attempt to order it. Seriously? I didn't order 100 soft tacosor attempt to order a 9 oz filet. I just wanted their offered $2 coffee. Read more

Ridiculously SLOW drive thru!! Waited forever and they got my order wrong. Simple order of 2 chalupas, no sour cream add nacho... cheese. Of course they're loaded with sour cream and no nacho cheese. Dining room doors closed so you're stuck with wrong itemsor want another 20+ minutes to get back to window. Read more

Over the years of my experience with this particular taco bell they have been short staffed, out of meat (how is that... possible?), Or just extremely slow. The only hours they operate at a good speed is during lunch. I'm here to get takeout rightnow at 6PM, but their lobby is closed. I have to wait in the long drive thru line. Great... Read more
