Terrible attitude on the drive-through. I ordered one item and I was still trying to decide what else I wanted the woman let out... a long sigh with the microphone still on and rudely said 'will that complete your order' as if I was taking up too much of hertime so I said never mind and left. There was no one behind me and no one in front of me. I'll take my business elsewhere forsure. Read more
Food was consistent with any other Taco bell. The staff that took my order, an older gentleman was awkward, abrupt, felt rude.... Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Read more

UPDATE 8/20/22: I feel my previous review was inaccurate. The manager in this location is actually extremely friendly and... customer service oriented. I apologize for the previous review and negative comments because he's actually a really nice guy whocares about his customers. The main reason for 4 stars and not 5 is i sometimes get inaccurate orders or items I've ordered notprepared correctly, which usually only happens when the manager is not available at the time. Gave us the wrong food....we asked fo for hot sauce....we got everything hotter....we payed for a supreme party pack all we got... was meat cheese and lettuce and before we made it home all of the hard shells were soggy!! Not to mention the bag got soggy tooand my food dropped on my porch....I called 4 times to speak with management and left my name and number but nothing.....NotCool????get your employees together....correct my issue compensate.me or something I paid almost like $28.00... The young ladyat the window was very nice though and I thank her???? she didn't have on a name tag or I would thank her properly....this wason evening shift!! Read more

Not only this not the chalupa I ordered 3 of - but it looks like someone was practicing catfish grabbing with whatever poor... excuse of a taco this is. 18$ for 3 chalupas and a drink, and I got a watered down sweet tea with 3 whatever hulk mangled thingsthese are instead. Called the manager and was told there was nothing that could be done because I already left theestablishment. Read more
