10/1/22 We wanted to see the difference in locations after a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN PEARL MS. HUGE DIFFERENCE in staff Hostess... was professional, greeting customers, ready to seat ppl, not playimg like high school, other staff pleasant and friendly. Foodwas OMG A 10 Compared to PEARL LOCATION. The order was correct n hot!! Staff makes a difference i hope the owners see. I alsohope they are really trying to improve with these reviews vs putting out a blanket statement for all situations. My experiencethis time was amazing!! My experience at the Juicy Seafood good. I got a to go so I can’t rate the sit down experience but I ordered the crab cakes... and shrimp po boy. The crab cakes were awesome and would order them again. The po boy still had the tails on the shrimp which iskind of weird if you’re not expecting that and just take a bite like I did. There may have been five medium sized shrimp onit. For the price should have been a couple more. Read more
It's the mans birthday, and we always do a big seafood feast. This year we went to The Juicy Seafood Flowood . If you like... Asian-Cajun seafood boil, you would really enjoy it here! We got 1lb lobster, 1lb crab legs, 1lb shrimp, 1lb green mussels, 1lbbaby octopus, 4 corn, and 8 potatoes. We opted for the Juicy special sauce which is all 4 of their house sauces combined. Doyourself a favor and get a side of rice, drizzle that sauce all over your rice ???? You're welcome. This beach themedrestaurant is clean, spacious, and inviting, definitely kid friendly. Service was great! Greetings were given upon entrance. I was given a minute to look at the menu. The cashier arrived discussed... the menu the combos and specials and took my order. Food came really fast in about 5 minutes. However, I prefer for seafoodlike this to be steamed when ordered. I was not a fan of the sauce. I chose all of the above with a mild spice level. I thoughtit would have alot more flavor. If I return. I'll be trying something thats should be cooked to order like sweet potato friesand some kind of Po' Boy sandwich. Read more
Fantastic Asian-Cajun style seafood. I liked their interior design and thought they did a good job. Almost felt like eating... “under the sea.” I enjoy spice and has high tolerance so I got spice level of Hot, whole shebang of juicy special and it wasjust adequate for me. I decided to go for a classic seafood of my choice: 2 lb of crawfish, 1/2 lb of potatoes and extra corns.It was a filling size for a man over 200 lbs. Similar to other Asian-Cajun seafood restaurants, it is savory steaming contentsin the bag on the metal plate. I believe the price is pretty standard across this type of restaurants, but this place isslightly more expensive than few other places located within Jackson. I love the setting here and the open space...I ordered fried shrimp with onion rings...every thing was nice and tasty....my food... came out hot!!!!....the waiter was great and helpful...his name was Anthony...when I do return I want Anthony's table only...Ido recommend the fried shrimp if you are a fry it up person. Food was good. I had an oyster poboy that was yum. Hubs had a fried shrimp plate which he said was fab. French fries were... nice & crisp. Portions were larger than we could eat. Our dinner guests had steamed crab, shrimp, crawfish with corn on thecob & red potatoes. One ordered "hot" & the other ordered "extra hot", which I tasted & was FIRE. Way too much spice for me,but they loved it! Service was friendly & prompt. Cold beer. Will definitely recommend & plan to visit again. Read more
