They don?t deserve 1 star. 11-21-22 at 6:15, the cashier is poorly trained. No communication from the kitchen to the lady taking... orders. 8 people waiting for orders and no one bringing food out. My Order sits back there 20 minutes and was cold when shefinally went back to the kitchen to get it. No sign of a manager anywhere. This place should be closed down. No one cares and noone wants to work. Look at what you?re dealing with here, they just mumble a few words, no communication or customer serviceskills. Omg, I would like to thank the night shift crew at Whataburger. Yolanda, Dashundria, Robert and Draco for a job well done. Even... when they are short staff, they do not fail to deliver hot, fresh, juicy burgers, just the way I like them. Let me tell you,this crew not only knows how to make a burger, the night shift crew is always nice and patient, even when some customers can bevery rude. Thanks to all of you. When I'm going in to work for night shift or either getting off from night shift. You all neverdisappoint. You are definitely appreciated, and your hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed. On November 26th around 11:18am, I visited this location and the service i received was exceptional. I'm huge on customer... service and whenever I see good customer service, I make it an effort to say something. The employee who serviced me was verysweet and professional. Please give her a raise, she deserves it. I wish I caught her name though. Read more
