Love eating here, and getting wings to go. Never had a single problem. Food is always good, correct, and ready when I get there.... I work in downtown Jackson and I order from / drive to the Flowood location when I want wings. Sad to read some of these post Ifrequent this location and haven?t had any of these problems. Read more

Started calling around 10pm to place order. No one ever answered the phone. Arrived at restaurant about 10:55pm, worker stated... that they close at 11pm. No walk in orders are being taken at this time. First of all, all wingstop locations are listed asclosing at midnight. If this one is different, they should advertise so. I've called on another day as well, still no answer,sent to a full voice mail. First and last time visiting this location for nothing. Very Delicious! Everytime I go here the food is always fresh and sauced perfectly. I came in tonight to try the new Chicken... Sandwich and all I got to say is YASSSSS two thumbs up and 10 stars for the new menu item. Tried in Lemon Pepper and Hot Honey!I do recommend. One more thing, Wingstop, y'all need to pay them 3 more than 10.00 an hour, they work so hard and keep theirfriendliness and composure. First and foremost if you don't read anything else: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I stopped by this location to get supper... for the family on the way home. I live 20 minutes away. I placed my order and patiently waited for the food to get ready. About15 minutes and I was called to the counter to pick up my order. I told them thank you and headed out to the truck to go home. Idid not check the order. Yes, my fault. I drive 20 minutes home and go to give out the food and low and behold my wife's food ismissing. Like completely. I give my kids their food and leave mine on the table to head back to the store and get hers as I donot eat until the family eats. I call the store as I am leaving home. It took about 5 times to get someone on the phone. Oncethey answered I was asked to please hold and instantly put on hold, no chance to even say ok. Now 15 minutes later the phonehangs up. No one ever came back to the phone. I tried calling back 4 or 5 times but no answer. No huge deal as I was just a fewminutes away from the store. I get there and wait in line. When it is my turn I calmly ask if I can speak to the manager. I wastold there was no manager on duty. Figures.... So I explained my wife's order was completely missing, my "wet" Cajun wings werein fact dry as the Sahara desert, and handed the guy my receipt. The worker argued with me that both my wife's and my carrotside orders were combined to one. According to him there were 20 sticks in one wrap. There was only 6, confirmed by my wife, andI explained that but he insisted that he was correct. Whatever, I just need my wife's food. He said he would remake her strips.I waited 5-ish minutes, hard to judge as I was very upset by this time as gas is still not cheap, and the strips came out. Theworker said he "put me a spare ranch in there for my troubles". Seriously........ A ranch. $0.25 ranch and I had to drive 40minutes round trip because of your mistake. I really can?t believe what I experienced tonight. I ordered my food at 7:36pm and arrived to the store around 8:30pm. I left... the store close to 9:30pm. The entire crew seemed lost and discombobulated. They hadn?t started my order when I arrived. Therewere over 8 people in the store waiting. They stopped taking walk-ins, door dash, call-ins and Uber eats. I should?ve checked myfood, but my order was incomplete. Not to mention, the employees were unprofessional using profanity. I have visited Wingstop in different locations but this location is the worst I have visited. The employee training is... awful.The employee at the register was rude and very unprofessional. The cashier kept scrolling thru her FB feed while you aretalking to her. I waited over an hour for my order. After receiving the order the fries was cold and also an order of fries wasmissing. So I returned to the business to request hot fries and the missing order of fries. She proceeded to accuse me ofkeeping an order of cold fries in the bag. I returned the entire order and requested a refund. The cashier stated she did not nohow to do a refund. I then requested to speak to a manager. Apparently their was no manager on duty. She went and talked to thecooks and returned to state I could ONLY get a store credit. I told her NO I wanted my account credited or cash. No refund hasbeen issued after calling Wingstop customer service twice. Now I will be filing a complaint with Windstop Headquarters!!! Read more

The estimated time for my online order was 18-23 minutes. It wasn?t ready so I sat on the bench directly facing the cash... register/counter. Time ticked by and I quietly sat waiting, smiling at everyone else who came in, got their orders and left. Anentire family ordered dine in, got their food and almost finished while I was still waiting. After an hour and 5 minutes Ifinally stood up to go ask about my order. The guy at the counter said, ?Who are you waiting for again?? When I told him my namehe picked up a bag that had been sitting on the shelf for a good 20, maybe 30 minutes, and said oh this is yours. Are youkidding me??? When I pointed out how long it had been sitting there he just said, ?It?s still hot? and walked off. What theheck? I know he saw me waiting. I was sitting right in front of him. Did it never occur to him hey this lady has been waiting areally long time let me see where here food is. If I hadn?t gone to the counter I?m guessing he would?ve let me sit there allnight? I will never be back which is clearly what these employees prefer. Also- one employee who was handling food kept wipinghis nose with his hand and was eating with his hands so hands in mouth, on nose in the middle of handling food. Do better WingStop. Read more
