I have been to artisanal chocolate shops all over the world and Cocoa Mia is one of the best. Their stock is incredibly curated... with bars from Dubai, China, etc. One of the owners, Grayson, approached us and offered us a sample taste of anything they stock(unheard of customer service) which was great because the choice was so overwhelming! He tailored our tasting to what we likedand then also suggested some new things to try. If you are passing through Floyd, don't miss this experience, especially the hotchocolate which Grayson told us was modeled after his memories of Paris cafes in his younger days.
