Wife and I try to stop at Mickey G's whenever we're in the Floyd area. Menu options are plentiful and appear to be freshly... prepared. Wine and beer selection is good. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We miss their downtown Roanoke location whichprovided exceptional dinning. It's been a while since it closed but we'd love to see Mickey G's return to the Star City andprovide fine Italian choices. Read more
Husband ordered eggplant Parmigiana, daughter ordered fettuccine with chicken and broccoli, granddaughter ordered chicken... fingers and fries off the kid's menu. Everyone enjoyed their food. Waiter was wonderful!! Read more
Excellent pizza. We got the Luca. Garlic knots were pretty bland. Overall a nice vibe/decor. We enjoyed the outdoor seating.
My husband and I recently moved to Floyd and tonight we decided to go to Mickey G's Bistro for the first time. This place far... exceeded our expectations- the staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was wonderful. The prices werevery reasonable compared to some places we've been in the past that weren't as good. This may have been our first time eatinghere, but it will not be our last! Actually authentic New York Style Italian. The mortadella pizza is one of the best pizzas I have ever had! I cannot believe food... this good is this cheap! Mickey's G's is definitely our new favorite Italian place. 100% worth the drive from Christiansburg! Read more
