No flavor. Mac and cheese was bland and hardened cheese. So dry. The potato salad was crunchy. The baked beans were out of a... can with no flavor. The PULLED pork was chopped and dry and fatty. We had the Mooresville special for 2. It had turkey, sausage, ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All very good. It is very smoky... and spicy. Be sure to get some potato salad or cole slaw to cool your mouth off. We enjoyed. Read more
Hands down the absolute best BBQ in southern Indiana. I would eat the potato salad by the pound from here if I could afford it,... lol. Brisket is always amazing!!!! Baked beans are amazing!!!! Slaw is AMAZING! This place is seriously the best. Their smokedsalmon is out of this world as well. I?ve been to Carr?s 10-12 times and have NEVER been disappointed.
