One handicapped space and deliver who's not disabled uses it. What you may not see is it is also sprinkling. A extremely... handicapped elderly person had to walk in rain because of an overweight lazy person. I paid for my pizza which lady said theywere being boxed up . She walked away and never came back. She was very skinny and dirty looking. 10-20 later a very nice ladywith small scar from the New Albany store came over and helped me. She was amazing!! I typically go to New Albany papa johns.Ihave seen her several times at New Albany. She said New Albany is her moms store she runs. She literally was non stop workingthe entire time I was there. I stood at the counter hoping that someone would help me. I watched every person standing aroundfor several minutes and not one helped me. She built up several doughs and then ran over to help me. She was very nice. If itwas based off her I would give 5 stars. Based off the other I would give negative stars. She is the only reason I am giving it 2stars. Sad part this lady is going to probably get sick of working with lazy people and quit before New Albany opens that Papajohns back up. I ordered my pizza at 9:35 pm and was told 50 to 60 mins. It is now 11 pm and when I called to find out where my pizza is the... recording said close. Definitely not happy. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Atleast call your customer and informthem. If I would have know that I would've picked it up. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered one pizza for delivery at 2:08PM and was told to expect delivery in 28-38 minutes. 45... minutes goes by and still no pizza so I call, immediately get put on hold. I sit there for 10 minutes and never get picked up.So I drive up to the store while remaining on hold. Get to the store and the employee working the register is sitting on thecurb smoking obviously ignoring the phones and when confronted says ?the phone doesn?t work? if it didn?t work it wouldn?t ring.So I left with my pizza (stone cold at this point) without receiving any compensation. This store has the worse people running it than you could ever even phantom. I order a pizza online, I go in to pick it up at... said time. The so called manager says Im sorry it's going to be at least 20 minutes more. " I'm the only one working, everyonecalled in or quit." Ok I say and go out to my car. I think, this isn't right, it's not my fault everyone didn't show up so I goin to ask for 6 wings. The girl went crazy and cancelled my order without my asking, then started to scream at me and ordered meout of the store! Love the pizza but hate the corporate customer service model. If you call the local number you get an outside call center. The... call center never offers the specials that are online and in my experiece are more likely to get my order wrong. So I pay moreand never feel secure about my order. Save money and headaches by ordering online and earn points toward free pizza. Read more
