For Jet's charging so for their pizza toppings, why are yhey so stingy. Spent $32 on an 8 corner, 5 item pizza and all toppings... combined didn't add up to the amount of 1 item?????? Read more
We like jets pizza. The gluten free is labeled as still a gluten risk, it was also chewy. But what can I expect when you have to... go gluten free. At least there is an option. Read more
We ordered online and it said that it would be deliveried in two hours which was but it was cold and pretty much the worst pizza... I have had. I order online a couple other times and the pizza was good and warm but this time it was worst than a cold hot andready. Tornado warning delayed order. Totally understand that; & I was ok with it as long as I got our dinner. 2 differant guys called... me within a minute to tell me orders were delayed. Both said I could cancel; or have my order delivered after the all clear. Itold both of them that they could deliver after the all clear & not cancel. Order never came so I called them about 10 pm tomake sure they hadn't missed my order. Was told they had called me back after the warning was extended & cancelled my order.Which they never did. Pretty much called me a liar. I would have made dinner if I had known. Didn't offer to make my ordersince I still wanted it. Told me I misunderstood them; when I was not told my order was cancelled!! Absolutely terrible service. Told me 1 1/2 hr to delver to my hour which is 15 min away. I said no problem. Took 2 hour and 15... min to arrive at my house. No apologies from driver or when I called the store 2 hours after placing my order. So when I go tolet it go open up the box and the pizza cold. YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER. And this isn't the 1st time waiting this long. Read more
