Erica the mgr blamed me because someone else punched in my order wrong. I am on a diet and thin crust is the only thing I will... eat for a pizza which is once every 3onths. She continued to tell me it wasn't the order that was punched in, therefore sherefused time after time to issue me a credit or refund. Ice I asked to speak to the owner or report her to corporate that shebegrudgingly offered me a credit. Bottom line I am not going to falsely call over an $8 pizza. First time I waited for about 50 minutes. Used the portal, it was never there. Supposed to get my pizza at 6:13pm got it at 7... pm. They said they lost my order. Pizza was very good once I got it.
