Erica the mgr blamed me because someone else punched in my order wrong. I am on a diet and thin crust is the only thing I will... eat for a pizza which is once every 3onths. She continued to tell me it wasn't the order that was punched in, therefore sherefused time after time to issue me a credit or refund. Ice I asked to speak to the owner or report her to corporate that shebegrudgingly offered me a credit. Bottom line I am not going to falsely call over an $8 pizza. Absolutely rude, inexperiencedand insulting. I would like a call from the owner or corporate. I will keep you all informed. Liam Strong left me a very cute picture on pizza box. I really enjoyed it very much but not as much as I enjoyed his company... while I waited a very quick 10 minutes for my 163$ order. 10/10 better than jets. First time I waited for about 50 minutes. Used the portal, it was never there. Supposed to get my pizza at 6:13pm got it at 7... pm. They said they lost my order. Pizza was very good once I got it. Cashier did put my name in a book for a free pizza. Guyin front of me was there over a hour and 15 minutes and did not get a free one. Never had to wait that long in the past Read more
People there always have an attitude and there are never hot and ready pizzas ready to go. Latest order I got from here I even... overheard the cook in the back complain about making pizza. When we final received our ?hot and READY? pizza 10 minutes later wereceived a thin soggy doughy pizza that just fell apart as we tried to stomach the undercooked pizza. A positive attitude andbetter management would do wonders for this store and the hungry customers that try to eat there. Read more

This has gotten to be the best little caesars pizza I?ve EVER had in my life and that says a lot because I?ve lived in Texas and... their pizza can?t compete to what I?ve taste today. Not only did they make the pizza correctly but it was fresh!!! John took myorder and was extremely nice, professional and assured me my pizza would be done right(which it was).
