Outwardly clean. Staff was nice. Not the best hours of operation.
I placed an order ahead and picked it up with in minutes of when I placed it to be picked up. The food was ice cold. I reheated... it thinking it may have not been toasted like I asked. After the food poisoning my husband and i clearly have after only eatingthere, I can assume they made our subs and let them sit for God knows how long.... do not order ahead or here honestly at all.Now I go back to the bathroom..... Why is this Subway closed, and been closing early? I been wanting Subway, and I'm not sure if they are closed for good or if... they are closing early or what???? But at least update your hours on your website being it says you close at 9pm. And it's only6:53pm get it together. Read more

I?ve tried to come here twice this week around 8 PM (yes I know they close at 9 but this is an entire hour before that) each... time there has been some worker, a long haired guy standing inside looking at me while he plays on his phone, with the doorlocked but all the open lights on.. The persons working at this location today failed us in customer service, satisfaction, and properly adding our purchase to... the rewards card. The subs were very low on toppings, we were charged for double meat but didnt ask for it and the toppings werebarely put on. We will NOT return. Read more
This is a decent place to grab a quick bite that isn't your standard fast food. I like the variety and breakfast is served all... day, making an even larger menu. One of the bummers m, though, is the price without coupons. If you don't have good coupons, itcan get pretty pricey. The employees are akways very nice and it's a clean place. It can get busy, but it's a pretty fast pacedrestaurant. You won't be waiting forever. Read more
Very disappointed with the customer service I received the other day. Before I walk into the shop I noticed a sign that said... closing at 7 due to a staff shortage. I looked at the time and it was 6:40. There was one guy in front of me and the lady lookedover at me and said that the guy in front of me was the last person she was going to serve. She still had 20 minutes untilclosing and wouldn?t make me a sub. Very disappointed. Read more
