This is the only Taco bell I will go to in this area. I have never had a problem here, the employees are always super polite and... helpful whereas if you go to the other one on Pierson rd, you will have the opposite experience. Read more
Extremely popular location which leads to some lines. Other than locking the lobby doors at times the staff handle it really... well. On a specific occasion my friend's cat had an emergency and I had to take them to the vet. I came back to the store anhour after my food was ready and they made it again for me. Overall great people that are working at a busy location. Read more
This place use to be so busy, I when to pickup a grubhub delivery their and I waited 1hours and 20 Mims, I was so mad when I see... the new clients coming to get their food and I was still their, I when to take the driver through because I was inside waiting,when I get to the window they said I have to pick it inside, and I asked them but why are you not making my food and be serving the window, the girl told me the ones taking the driver through are the priority customers, I replied " so you mean I shouldstay here for almost 2hrs because am a delivery driver? Am working too, the fast I do, I can make money. I felt insulted andmiserable when she said that, I was hurt but I just wait and take my food and leave, but I will never go in that place everagain. They throw your food together without any care or responsibility,but I make em get it right every time. I try to avoid this... location cuz I know there will always be some kind of mishap with my food order,but alas I do door dash so I am there at leastonce or twice a week!
