This place sucks!! They are known to close early sometimes as early as 5pm... I wonder if the bosses or higher ups know about... this... very inconvenient when their hours are till 8pm. Today I showed up 7pm and they were closed lights were off doors werelocked but the employee was inside removing the donut trays so much when donuts left over!! They make up Their own hours!!! I have been going to this dunkin' donuts for over two years, I have never had any problems besides the line being a little long... and the service being slow because there is usually one person making the food, but I went and ordered a everything bagel and itcame mini so i decided to go back and ask. Now I am not the type of person who complains if it is a little mistake but I justfelt like If I have to be at work all day I would like to eat more than a mini bagel. I paid for a large bagel. When i arrivedthere was a older woman who works behind the register and i asked her and she proceeded to say it wasnt a mini bagel and tookthe bag and threw it out which wasnt a big deal but it was the attitude she had. she made me a new bagel that was twice the sizeand it was fine, I just wish the ladys attitude was better. It used to be great, but now there's only ever one person doing everything with the line backing up and people leaving from the... extended wait. It's awful. Waiting almost 20 minutes at the register while one poor guys does everyone's order. Read more
