Had lunch with my mom but had horrible experience. I believe when you have a problem with your food and tell the staff about it... they should at least try to accommodate you. I said their dumplings in the soup.sort of tasted/smelled funny and asked.what wasinside it. Waitress gave me a sly smile and replied she doesn't know. When I told her my mom can't eat it she replied ok andwalked away coming back with a full check. I don't mind paying whatever amount but when a customer says the food tastes weirdthey should at least show the courtesy by asking if they can change the food for you. This made me tell myself and others NEVERto come back here. Now come on, for $14 bucks you really want your customers to feel this way?? It's not the actual taste offood,.it's the service and response you get.i live down the street and have been a loyal customer for years but will neverreturn. Traditional Korean BBQ. Or at least NY Korean style. Lots of meats to choose from, and the prices are pretty good compared to... some other locations around on Northern Blvd. The restaurant has been around for 20 to 30 years or so, and the side dishes showit ????. My favorite is the marinated cubed beef (short ribs?), with some raw garlic, soy paste, onions/scallions wrapped inlettuce ???? tried the yuzu sake this last time, delicious! Read more

Lunch was ok but pricey. Their BBQ is one of the best in NY though

First let me say that the kalbi was amazing (flavorful and tender). The sauce they used is a secret recipe I heard, but what... ever it was, it was flavorful and slightly sweet. The charcoal grilling made it even better. They provide you with plenty ofbanchan and they have a great selection of alcoholic beverages. We went there with my in-laws, the meal was great, and we had agood time. This place is definitely worth a visit for anyone who likes AYCE Korean bbq. Read more
