They have year round shaved ice! We got curry beef noodle and slipper egg over rice and beef. Both are amazing, the curry is... flavorful, and with just enough spice. The egg beef rice is great. Both came within minutes of ordering. The price is stillvery reasonable. Read more

Visited during lunch time and the lunch is solid. This is $40 including tips so the price is slightly higher than what’d I pay... for in the area. Everything tastes great, the sauce for the roti canai was room temperature which didn’t bother me; but mightbother others. Serving size for the hainan chicken is generous, but almost half were mostly bones. All in all, I would be backfor the hainan chicken over rice takeout and skip dine in. Read more

The satay and the roti were good for the price. The Hainan chicken was definitely the highlight of the meal. Not dry and very... clean tasting. Highly recommend you try if you are in Flushing! Read more

In my opinion they got the best Hainanese chicken over rice. As you guys realize now a days when you pay with credit card at a... restaurant they charge you that extra 3% for credit card payment fee. Unless you pay cash then it is a flat amount of courseplus tax. So why should customers have to pay that credit card processing fee when y’all the business that have credit cardpayment as an option and have an agreement to pay that fee. That’s my only issue. Other than that the food is good. Service isokay. They will fullfilll most of the requests. Read more

Rating for Chow Kueh Teow aka Char Kway Teow aka Char Kuay Teow: Pros: They have black sauce (did come out quite dark) Pork is... standard part of dish Cuttlefish + shrimp + pork skin Service was quick and prompt; rather than courteous, more like familialstraightforwardness, which I like as well Complementary Chinese tea (black, not strong ????????????????) Cons: No Chinesesausage Cooked in pork lard? Pork skin: decent substitute Shrimp is tail-on, not deveined FYI: Ask for wide flat noodles, notthe pad Thai noodles Ask for noodles to be cooked in the extra dark/black soy sauce Large portion size Wide kway teow Rating(only for CKT): 6/10 Ambience: 6/10 Overall rating: 7/10 Read more

Not sure how should I start. 4 of us went to this place for dinner last night. We were hungry. We ordered 3 dishes, 1... appetizer, and 6 bowls of oil rice...and nothing left when we left. It could be combination of hungry+good foods+small plates. I can't judge clearly for this round, so I will go back another time when I am not as hungry. FYI, we ordered the half chicken(photographed), duck & tofu, shrimp paste string beans, and Indian bread. Read more
